(charged separately from monthly room rent) Sugars Houz is a co-living styled home shared among each other professional executive tenants of the house along with respecting other tenants on and around the property.

Washing machine is also available for use and along with fridge is included.
 We are located in taman century,6km to the CIQ JB-SG and 10min walk to KSL SHOPPING,LOTUS’s Grocer and other F&b necessities are also located around the area.

 Number of allowed pax per room is at 2 persons only 
 Guests have access to a shared kitchenette & dining area. First Aid Box & Fire Extinguisher available
