4. **Quiet Hours After 11PM** 🔇 
To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents, tenants are required to keep noise levels low after 11PM. This includes music, television, and any other activities that may disturb others.

6.Single Occupancy Only🛏️
Each rental room is designated for single occupancy only. No additional occupants are allowed.
