About the Room: • Middle room with private bathroom and balcony • Comes with bedframe, mattress, ceiling fan, chair, and study table (just like the photos!) • Cozy, bright, and perfect for working or relaxing The Unit: • 3 bedrooms (currently 2 housemates staying, both easy-going and tidy) • Fully furnished with: • Cuckoo water filter • Air fryer, microwave, oven, stove for cooking and baking • Washing machine House Rules: • NO parties allowed in the unit • Respect each other’s space and privacy • Keep common areas clean Payment Terms: • Deposit: 1.5 months (collected upfront to secure the room and collect the keys) • First month’s rental: Pay before moving in • When ready to move in, the total payable is: 1.5 months deposit + 1 month rental upfront • Rental due monthly
